Information book for tenants

We know that most tenants do not read their contracts and most lose them.  I  like it when they do read them. 

Holiday homes/ hotels  have an information book in their lobbies .

What if- landlords did the same.? It would contain information on washing machine instructions etc , emergency phone numbers etc. And more important,  we could put the information i have just read on LRS about ASBO tenants. Tenant lifestyle . Respect to neighours, ARK passports and any other relevant information that may help tenants.   In the part of the book where it would get the most attention.
