Here at Tenant Referencing UK; we daily have our lovely member landlords and letting agents praise and say how great our services and staff are, however this often goes un-noted and missed and future users and members don’t see why they should be using us!
So this is a new feature on our forums for feedback and recommendations by our members! Feel free to comment below with any experiences, feedback, or star staff that dealt with your references!
Always use your referencing services with all my new and prospective tenants , always impressed with the service and fast response . Both Becky and Chloe deserve praise for always being so friendly , helpful and informative no matter how late or early in the day! Best referencing service I have ever used , beats all the opposition into a very second place!

My estate agent found some tenants and did all their checks and recommended them. They were all set to move in when I contacted TR Lettings to verify everything. It turns out that they owe their current landlord £4,000 in unpaid rent!
The estate agent said to me “well they didn’t seem like people who would do that”. My previous tenants, found by the same estate agent, owe me £8,000 in unpaid rent and it took months for me to evict them.
TR Lettings have saved me from potentially having to go though the entire court process again with the next set of tenants!!
A brilliant service, especially with the new referencing ‘passport’. Why would a landlord go anywhere else?!
Is there some form of suggested wording or a link etc where a LL would state that all referencing is to be carried out by the tenant who MUST use LRS to then produce a LRS tenant referencing passport which should ideally show an answer yes for RGI
If an answer NO it would not mean that a LL would automatically decline.
That would for the LL to make a BUSINESS decision
1st class service from start to finish. Researched many companies before choosing this one and have been using them since the start of the year and so far so good. Quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Staff on-hand to talk to throughout the day which is the quality of service of old. Polite, patient and thorough staff. Emails answered quickly. Well priced, affordable products which take some of the risk out of letting. Easy to use website which makes the process easy for all involved. Recommend to novice and professional Landlords alike.
