My tenants have been brazenly dealing drugs from my property for over a year now.
Quite a few of their neighbours have reported them to the police and the police have been in contact with me once.
The last time I heard about this was from one of the neighbours, who had been told by a policeman friend that their budget has been cut; so don’t have enough funds to bust drug dealers at the moment.
So landlords are expected to foot the bill again, are they? What a surprise!
I don’t really know what to do; if I serve them a section 21 I know they’ll be round my house with threats and god knows what else…
And going to the police is hardly going to be worth it, considering they’ll only do something once something has already been done – which I don’t want to risk, as I do have a family to think about.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Its a police job
They busted a gang not long ago in the block of flats that my own flat is in.
