Today we welcome a new custodial service launched by MyDeposits, the leading tenancy deposit protection scheme.

Available for landlords and letting agents, the new free-to-use system now means that deposit money is held by the scheme itself for the duration of the tenancy which are funded by interest made on the deposits.

Eddie Hooker, MyDeposits CEO, said: “Today is important for landlords, letting agents and tenants because for the very first time there will be a choice between custodial deposit providers. As the longest serving chief executive officer of all the deposit schemes, I’ve seen first-hand how tenancy deposit protection has helped raise standards.”

To coincide with their new product going live they have launched a new website:

Did you know that as a member of Tenant Referencing UK you can access a discount of up to 50% on your joining fees and a £2 discount off of every deposit you register?

Find full info on this exclusive discount by clicking here.

People don’t use this scheme!!

Only use the insurance part of my deposits where you hold the cash

NEVER trust anyone apart from yourself to hold the deposit funds

There are millions in other similar custodial schemes which LL cannot obtain due to the tenant refusing to engage once raising a dispute

Avoid ANY custodial scheme like the plague!!!
