Over the years we have seen many companies start up and try and copy the format of landlordreferencing.co.uk. Some say they were the first when they were clearly not and some just take the content from our website and use it to start up a Lifestyle Tenant History Referencing company’s within their area. This course of action is a is a shame really because the more systems that are started the more the data is diluted and that means the less safe we are unless landlords and letting agent check with every system.

We want everyone to join one system and that way we will make a difference and that is why we are also recruiting regional introducers to spread the word. However we are also looking at other websites and hoping to pick them up to give their members better coverage and that is why I am pleased to announce that today Landlodreferencing.co.uk has bought landlords best friend http://www.landlordsbestfriend.co.uk/ There are circa 1200 members and over 400+ tenants registered with previous bad history and therefore this data will be added to our existing databases.

We will call all the members and ask them if they wish to be added to landlord Referencing membership database where they can join the fastest growing tenant history company that offers every other aspect of tenant referencing and rent guarantee which will stop them having the same problems they have had in the past and get them better tenant s in the future.

We have taken screen shots of the website which can be seen here on landlord Referencing http://www.landlordreferencing…..st-friend/  but the URL will be re-routed to landlord Referencing when the existing contact with the host runs out in the next few days..

Congratulations Paul. I agree we just need one site on which to check tenant lifestyle history no one has the time to check with more than one and LRS is the only one with 5 years of history to share and that is why I use it for EVERY prospective tenant.

Mary,

With the new financial reports which look fab and with the credit score slider the applicant tenants are now uploaded automatically to a landlord or agents file. In the next few weeks when members take a financial report it will not only upload the tenant and create a tenant history but also generate a full report on the tenants history.

Landlords and letting agents will get the only Financial Report & Tenant History Reports (to include rent arrears, damage and tenure score)  which is available in the UK..
