Does anyone gave access to a basic template?  I think a very large number of us will be able to benefit from this with out having to start from scratch.

I’m aware one of the Landlord associations is making one available to members for a fee.  However, on top of the £40 ICO registration fee it all starts to add up for us small timers.  Big thanks in advance 🙂

There are some websites out there in which you can do all of this for free. I have used one myself for my own website – would it help for me to send you link still?

Once you have produced your Privacy Statement and Privacy Notice, are you supposed to send them to all the tenants you have had in your properties for the past “up to seven years” assuming you still have a contact address for these tenants?

I think that would be an impossibility for private landlords to do. . Most tenants never give Landlords their forwarding address
