Dear Landlord,
As a property investor myself, I want to alert you to the launch of our latest buy to let property insurance products. As a landlord of over 100 properties in buildings, which include residential and commercial units plus 9 individual houses in Wales, my insurance policies across the board were circa (year on year) £48,000.

Like most of us I simply renewed my policy every year without question until one day I saw my insurance broker driving a very, very large Mercedes, which made me think that maybe (just maybe?!) I could do better on price with a broker who drove a used Renault Twizy! It was time to shop around, however I still wanted the same really good insurance cover and back up service that I was getting, yet I was convinced that I could achieve this at a lesser price.
So, committed to saving myself a few quid as well as helping my Tenant Referencing UK members find a better deal I started up Rent Safe UK. After a year of getting it FCA registered I then approached underwriters and long established brokers to quote on my portfolio, but on my terms and not theirs. AND “BINGO”! Within a week my insurance quote had come back from a very long standing insurer with a triple AAA service rating at £28,932 less than I was currently paying. I was truly amazed, so now I’d like to offer you the same deal.
If you would like a free quote on any type of property, on either residential or commercial, then please call me on 0800 9994 994 or click the link below.

Policy not due yet? Alternatively, if your policy is due in the next 12 months and you would like me to call you when it is due please click the link below, fill in a few details (when you would like a call back, etc) and I will call you back to give you a free quote when your policy is due.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

My Kindest Regards,

Paul Routledge.

Hi Paul.

Do you as a landlord take out any other insurance products (not tenancy related) for leasehold properties or do you rely solely on the block insurance?
