There are 1.3 million people in the UK on waiting lists for “Social Housing”, not wanting a “traditional” landlord, they can’t all be wrong. Much of the free advice for landlords is flawed and this breakthrough new book (published December 2016!) aims to set the record straight explaining, amongst other things, that by being slightly non-traditional you can get paid in full, no matter how in debt a tenant is, without having to go to Court: Charge top dollar for rents and avoid void periods: No more having to factor in getting paid for 10 months out of 12.
The Landlords Risk Elimination Kit takes the guesswork out of property letting, informing landlords of their rights and responsibilities, amongst many other things, right up to the moment, for maximizing profits. Plus the free bonus book, Penultimate Guide for Landlords takes things to the next level, ensuring tenancy success at the highest level, no more void periods, save on marketing and tax!
Excerpt from the Penultimate Guide:
Take your staffs advice into consideration

In property investment business, landlords should ensure they don’t make their staff feel useless. Any time you want to take a decision, ask for their opinions and contributions. This will ensure the professional flow in the chain of the business. They will respect, help and work for you perfectly and professionally.  In addition, when your staff feel loved and accepted, they will take the business as their own and ensure the focus on the growth and development of the business.”

Interesting, if a tad naive!
