Good Afternoon,

I have joined your site this morning after being recommended by a friend in Leytonstone who is also a landlord.  He raves over it and says it has saved him money and countless troublesome nights.

I know where he is coming from as I have had a couple of problem tenants in the past – one of which I managed to finally evict but not before he managed to scrawl obsenities over the lounge wall and urinate all over the carpets rendering them useless.  I had to replace them as I couldn't face the prospect of any new tenant living with there.

I have tenants in London, a couple in Luton, one in Leighton Buzzard and believe it or not one in Gateshead.  Its a long story don't ask !

I have looked through your website and see that I can register my tenants both good and bad.  I am not sure whether I can register tenants out of my area.  Is that possible and can you advise ?

From what I have seen of your site so far it is a very useful site to be on and I intend to be a proactive member over time.

Hi Cedric,

Firstly thank you for joining us the more that join the stronger we become together and the less likely we will have to suffer pee on our carpets and blogs on our walls.

In answer to your questions yes you can upload your tenants wherever the are located within the UK. They will be registered against your file within our systems.  Please just make sure the information is accurate and does not contain any falsifications or exaggerations about rent arrears or property damage and make sure you can back up both items with corresponding evidence such as rent accounts etc.

Once again thanks for joining and please enjoy all the other stuff on the site when you need it.

Paul

Thank you Paul for your reply.

I wasn't entirely sure when I sent my post whether you were just an automated system, or whether there was an actual person who responded.  You have resolved that for me and I will update some of my tenants later on this week.

Thank you again
