The referencing options include all aspects of the tenant referencing; from sending out the application forms, analysing affordability, full financial reports including any CCJ’s, electoral roll status, current lenders and the UK’s only full tenant history data which have been added to over 500,000 records over the last 8 years. The referencing goes on to get employers references, previous landlords reference (as given by the tenant), wage slip and bank statement cross-reference analysis and even ID document verification and certification for compliance with the Right to Rent Immigration Act 2014.

Once the reference is completed a full report on each point of the referencing is sent to you in a full report, allowing you to consider the tenant and whether you should take or refuse a tenancy. We leave no stone un-turned in protecting you and, in turn, will notify you within the report if the tenant is eligible for Rent Guarantee Insurance.

Letting Agents can get free, unlimited access to the electronic application forms, employer referencing forms and previous landlord referencing forms.

Within the DIY referencing systems letting agents can obtain a financial report directly from Equifax into their dashboard within 6 seconds, from just £7 for a basic report or £12 with up to 9 linked addresses. Letting agents are able to carry out the Right to Rent checks and get a clearance certificate for one year for just £5 within their portal.

The DIY referencing options allow you to do all aspects of the referencing from sending out the application forms, analysing affordability, full financial reports including any CCJ’s, electoral roll status, current lenders and the UK’s only full Tenant History data which has been added to over 500,000 records over 8 years.
