Anyway your advice to your fare was correct, now every time a member does a Tenant Financial Reference for just £7 they create that tenants History for the future of which they are the reference and they in turn get a Tenant History Report for free. Just this will stop us all taking tenant who are making multiple applications for fraud and criminal activity.
Yesterday even on the 2nd Feb we had 26 new finance references and that means 26 new tenant histories created which can only be seen here at Tenant Referencing UK.
This may become more poignant than ever considering the debt advice line has just announced that 6 million people may have borrowed money or overspent this charismas leaving them short in the future to pay the bills. I, and I am sure you, know that when the money gets short it nearly always get chipped of the rent. I hear constantly after Christmas “sorry I could not quite make all the rent this month, I will make it up over the next few months” best interest free loan ever us landlords…
Anyway now if they fall into arrears you have made them a history and therefore like if we default on our credit cards it will show up on a tenants history if they decide not to make it up and do a runner in the future.

We just wanted to drop a quick note to say that we have just realised that our past and present tenants have been automatically uploaded to create a tenant file. Thank you so much for this, as a busy letting and sales agent we were guilty of not finding the time to upload the good & bad tenants which is really something more agents need to do. Now there is no need to find time as it's all done for us, keep up the good work LRS and we hope that more letting agents get on board to ensure that all good landlords get good tenants.
This is brilliant and exactly what I want but how long does all this take and if I want to buy insurance to guarantee the rent can I buy it after the tenant has paid the deposit and rent on Tuesday if the reference comes back clear?
Sorry another question do I have to check the tenants immigration papers? I have looked at your jumio system but I don't know if I need it?

We have had great feedback and this will allow the community to grow exponentially over the next few years offering every landlord and letting agent the chance to create tenants Histories for all their future tenants.
