Will shelter call on the government to make tenants keep the property up to the standard they get it in instead of destroying it as some of them do and also make them accountable and pay for the damage they cause ?

Will shelter call on the government to make it easier to evict BAD tenants and stop giving them Legal Aid automatically to fight and delay the process at great cost to the Landlord while not paying any rent ?

Will shelter call on the government to stop the courts from treating Landlords like criminals when they ask for their property back ?

Will Shelter join Landlord Referencing and help sort out our problems that we have with tenants ?

My thinking is, anybody who moves into a bad property knows what they’re moving into and they shouldn’t move in. If tenants didn’t move into bad properties those landlords wouldn’t be able to rent them so they would be forced to clean them up. …. The problem will sort itself out.

Another thing …. If we all stopped taking tenants who are on Benefits they would have nowhere to put them, the government would then have to listen to the reasons why we don’t want them and maybe then they would see how unfair we’re being treated and hopefully change some of the laws that make it harder for us to.

I have had no say in my property for over two years now because of the courts and the Legal aid system that are funding this Russian woman Eve Surace who is living in my property at 140 Mawney Road Romford Essex RM7 7BJ and who is in rent arrears of £15,219.99 as of 1st June 2013.

I have ended up with many thousands of pounds in court costs for her solicitor and her Barrister who have done everything they can to cause me financial hardship as well as mental stress. The Barrister who appeared for her at RomfordCounty charged a fee of £2,760 for 2 hours and 45 minutes in court. The rest is made up in waiting time (1 Hour) and 3 hours for travelling !  …. Oh! And a half hour conference !?

This Barrister lives in Hackney and she’s charged about £1,000 for travelling to Romford to do her job!!!!

Please don’t ask any questions I’ve been through it all before check out if you want to know anything.

I have no money to fight this but I have JS Enforcements helping me so I no longer feel that I’m fighting this on my own. ….. Thanks Simon

By the way, I clicked on the link above and it says …. Sorry, page not found

Flippin Eck, The British Legal System, once said to be the best money can buy.

What about Justice?

The British Legal system is rotten to the core, judges, solicitors and barristers are all there to line their own pockets. I'm trying to get my property back for two years now from a Russian crook who has contributed nothing to this country and who admits to once owning 6 properties between 1999-2009, rented them all out as rooms and flats and never declared a single penny of it to HMRC yet she gets legal aid to stay in my property while owing us over 15K in rent, letting other people live there and destroying the place. She also had a confiscation order put on her for £778,550.00.

So far I have to pay the costs for her appeal last year which come to £8,232.32, and more costs were awarded against me again in February this year which will come to more than that probably (still waiting for letter of final costs ?) because not only did she have a Barrister in court with her she had a solicitor as well who did FA except pollute the air with smoke during the breaks.

Part of the £8,232.32 costs were £2,760 for the barrister who spent two and a half hours representing her in court and about a £1,000 of that was for 3 hours travel expenses. She had to travel from Hackney East London to Romford in Essex which is about half an hour each way.

I cant afford a solicitor or advice because it starts at £195 per hour plus VAT and I'm out of work with lung problems not getting anything from benefits because I have 'assets' which is the house she's living in for free for the last year.

British justice ? !!!

Forget it, if your not on benefits you cant afford justice and if you cant afford it you wont get any !!! ...

Every time I read a story like yours it makes me twice a determined to get enough members to lobby this government into stopping this absurd onslaught against good people just because they rent people homes for a living. I can’t wait until we get enough exposure and so many members that people like this woman end up under a bridge somewhere when they can’t get a home.

All I can say is keep pushing forward until you see the end and then hopefully you can start again and I will keep pushing forward to try and get every landlord and agent to unite and then we will never have to suffer these types again.

Just the name LandlordReferencing will stop them in their tracks.

You really don’t need to take my last bad tenant anymore.
