So recentley i heard alot of companies claiming they do Tenant Historys, Full Referencing and all the Immigration checks.

So i decided to check this information out. Well what they claim as immigration checks is LOOKING at a passport or driving license.

With the referencing they take what the tenant tells them as the truth instead instead of finding out the real truth.

It has taken our company 6 years to gather tenant history data not 6 hours like some!

And i felt this picture said it all...

That did make me laugh Laugh Yes everyone is trying to say they do tenant histories now but unfortunately the history is based on what the tenant has told them and that is not what I call safe. As a landlord for over 20 years and with over 100 tenants I can tell you I have never been given a previous landlord from a tenant that did not give a glowing reference.

I also hear one company who is doing the immigration checks said they will get over the problem by paying the fine for their client ha ha true professionalism.

Simply really if you want the best tenant reference in the UK come to tenant referencing uk Smile
