With the current uncertainty over what checks that landlords will need to do to be sure that their tenant has a right to live in the UK and rent their property then the following link my be of interest as it lays down the obligations on employers to ensure that their tenants have a right to work in the uk https://www.gov.uk/check-job-applicant-right-to-work

The PDF document looks a bit forboding as its concentrates on calculating the civil penalties for employers not meeting their obligations but section 4 gives 4 pages on how to conduct a right to work check. For a landlords perspective the right to live in the uk can't be much different. Hope its of help

Paul R over the years the LRS forum has been operating there are  and must have been many useful links posted

Would it be possible to obtain all those links and add them to the Knowledge Pool?

The links wouldn't have to relate to anything.

It would just give people the chance to click on interesting links.

Sometimes a thread has links which may not always relate to the main thread subject; so a possibly very useful link is lost.

Effectively an archive of links; some of which will find themselves in a thread on the Knowledgepool; but would not necessarily be accessible by search on the LRS site.

Just a thought!Smile
