Hi all,

As a fairly new landlord I wondered how many of you give Christmas presents to your tenants?

I heard somewhere that one-in-four landlords purchased presents for their tenants this year.

I always buy my tenants a bottle of wine and something for the kids.. -but then I only have 3 properties. I expect it is a different story for the landlords who have 100's of properties...although they can obviously afford to !! Cool
