I'm sure you've all heard of a website called Trip Advisor; which provides unbiased holiday reviews, photos, travel advice for hotels and vacations & price comparison.
Booking a holiday can be a tough and time consuming process; where the slightest assistance can help no end; And this is where Trip Advisor steps in.
From finding the best value for money destination to choosing your accommodation via their users reviews they are one of the largest (free) worldwide travel websites in the world.
Well in today's environment of long working hours and growing economic challenges it can also be a tough & time consuming process when looking for your ideal tenant. And just like Trip Advisor; we are free to users, who provide most of the content, and our website is supported by our sponsors business model via:
With all revenue being reinvested into the sustaining and growth of our community member base.
The ability to be able to communicate with one another to stop us taking bad tenants and getting ripped off is exactly why Landlord Referencing is growing at such a fast pace. Just like holiday makers having to suffer shabby, dirty hotels & being unable to get their money back, landlords now have a free way of communicating with one another in exactly the same way; to tell one another about their tenants lifestyles, which can have such a detrimental effect on their
In 12 years of business Trip Advisor now have a reported 20 million members and over 50 million reviews, so it is blatantly obvious that holiday's have become a vital commodity to the modern consumer. Trip Advisor went viral on the simple principle that no-one wants to have a bad holiday.
This is why we ask all of our members to tell everyone they know about us, not just landlords; as good tenants can also benefit from stopping them having bad neighbours; in turn helping to keep their communities safe.
We pro-actively encourage tenants to tell their landlords about us, landlords to tell their letting agents and letting agents to tell their tenants.
In 2 years of business Landlord Referencing now have just over 20,000 proactive landlord & letting members.
If you think about it if you were to take the utmost care and every precaution to ensure that your investments are protected and, just as importantly, that your good tenants are protected from bad neighbours then you would be saving ALOT more money each year to put towards that coveted holiday.
So the question that I'd like to ask you all is; with there being approximately 1.5 million private landlords, approximately 3.7 million council houses & an incalculable amount of tenanted properties in the UK today:
WHY IS YOUR YEARLY HOLIDAY MORE IMPORTANT TO YOU THAN YOUR PROPERTY INVESTMENT AND GOOD TENANTS WELL-BEING?
If their was ever a question that I could not answer it's that one? "WHY IS YOUR YEARLY HOLIDAY MORE IMPORTANT TO YOU THAN YOUR PROPERTY INVESTMENT AND GOOD TENANTS WELL-BEING?" however we look on trip advisor every year and every year we are guided by what people say and we have always had a great holiday if you read between the lines and spot the whingers
2 years ago we went into kouni and never checked on trip advisor before booking when we got home we looked up the resort which was St Lucia and the reviews were awful. When we arrived at the hotel we found out that the reviews were wrong because it was worse than any thing anyone had written.
The reason we rely on others telling us is to protect each other and that is exactly why we are getting bigger because people care about others ripping others off and when we all unite the crap hotels and crap tenants alike cant stuff us.
