Hi All

I think this is a good one and lol at Chris's comment!

I would tend to agree as there is a lot of stress that comes with being a home owner, I do think that tenants are very lucky (providing they have a good Landlord) in that they don't have so much to worry about and they are only tied to a property for the duration of their tenancy; which means they can move around without having to put down roots until they choose to do so. We all know that there is a whole lot more renting than buying these days. Though the demands and processes are very different in terms of degree of commitments and ramifications, yet letting still takes its toll on the parties, particularly the tenants.

Some are still not fully unpacked and settled in after two weeks of moving in, with the resultant dis-organisation and misplacement of even important documents.

They are often so stressed that they miss up figures, ask irrelevant questions, and ask the same questions again. Some get confused and back out of the deal, only to ring up a few days later asking if the property is still available.

We've even had a couple who paid a holding deposit for a flat in Lewisham. Some days later, the guy rang up to say they were not going ahead and that they have gone their separate ways! What it the stress? I don't know. But, I answered that call.

It is stressful for them all, but I guess different people deal with the stress differently.

Enough about the stress, now go out and show someone (or, people) some love -it's Valentine's Day!
