The tenants mums cat has had kittens and the tenant is asking if he can have one of them in his rented property. They are promising to look after the property if the landlord allows this.  But the word that I like best is "Please" spelt in full and very  nice to hear.

THM What will you reply?

The advent of smartphones should have made the situation easier.

Trouble is most tenants cannot obtain contract phones and tend to have the older types which don't give you the chance to use a QWERTY keyboard on the phone.

I have discovered though that with SONY you may connect the phone with the SONY PC companion software and send SMS up to 1517 characters at a time!!

It's like typing an email but in SMS but with full English words being used.

I only have 5000 SMS to use every month!!!!!!
