The South West’s Biggest Landlord Expo | 25th May 2017 | Stand 79

The South West’s Biggest Landlord Expo | 25th May 2017 | Stand 79

This will be the seventeenth annual Landlord Expo, so we hope you will join us in celebrating this achievement. The Expo has gone from strength to strength and is seen as the event to attend for landlords in the West Country and beyond.

The aim of the West of England Landlord Expo is to improve the private rented sector by sharing information with landlords, prospective landlords, letting agents and managers.

This years Expo will be taking place on Thursday 25 May from 12.00 till 7.00 pm, at the West of England, Exhibition and Conference Centre (UWE Bristol).

Don’t forget to visit the Tenant Referencing UK stand (at Stand 79), where Paul and Niki will be happy to answer any questions or queries about,, and/or The National Landlords Code of Excellence Ltd (NLCE UK).

Tenant Referencing is one of the most important things a Landlord or Letting Agent should do before letting out their property, as well seeking out specialist insurances such as Rent Guarantee (RGI). Many Landlords and even some Estate Agents still do not adhere to proper referencing procedures and this can cause serious complications in the future – not just with bad tenants but also with insurance claim problems.
