® 6 month RGI & legal expenses insurance – 25k cover.
Description:
whereby the RGI and legal expenses is taken against the property and as long as the tenants over the insured period meet up to the referencing criteria the policy can roll over from tenant to tenant. In the event of a claim the landlord would need to prove that the tenant was eligible for RGI; with LRS’ unique systems this is easily obtained.

Description:
Tenant criteria: Working – no CCJ’s.

® 12 month Rent Guarantee Insurance & legal expenses cover – 25k cover.
Description: Tenant criteria: Working – no CCJ’s.

® 6 month RGI & legal expenses cover 50K cover.
Description:
Tenant criteria: Working – no CCJ’s.

Description: This is offered by letting agents to landlords (FOC) to remove the tenant (FOC) in the event that they do not pay. (“FOC” = free of charge.)

This is offered by letting agents to landlords (FOC) to remove the tenant (FOC) in the event that they do not pay.

® Tenant Deposit Insurance – Premiums subject to the deposit amount required.
Description:
This is where a tenant/landlord can insure against property damage & rent arrears if they have no deposit. This is a policy that is being asked for by councils who will pay the premium to get tenants who cannot afford a deposit for a new home.

® Tenant Rent Insurance – 25K cover.
Description: Tenants can insure against failing to meet their rent, in the event that they lose their job in the future.

® Tenant Contents Insurance – Premiums are dependent on amount of cover.
Description: Insuring the landlords contents against accidental damage.

® Landlord Property Insurance – Premiums are dependent on amount of cover.
Description:
building, contents and malicious damage insurance specifically for tenanted properties.
