Jan 2013 | Landlords realise the importance of Lifestyle Tenant Referencing
As we near the end of the first month of 2013 Landlord Referencing Services is extremely happy to announce that we have had the busiest month we’ve ever experienced.
Just over the January period we have welcomed 340 new landlord and letting agent members, who have uploaded nearly 1,500 new tenants (good and bad) onto our database between them!
Furthermore, since the introduction of our Tenants Support Area LRS has experienced a vast increase of private tenants accessing and interacting on the website. This is simply because they are realising that Lifestyle Network Referencing is designed to help provide all good tenants a better quality of neighbour, that they deserve as well as pay for.
We hope to carry on encouraging better understanding, communication and relationships between landlords & their tenants, but we cannot do this without your help.
Therefore all that we ask of you is to simply tell someone else about Landlord Referencing – which in-turn will not only help them but will also help you from not taking one another’s bad tenants in the future.
Universal Credit is set to be rolled out across the country from October 2013, whereby direct payments of housing Benefits to landlords will be abolished. Rent arrears are predicted to rise considerably, therefore can you afford to take the risk of not joining a completely free service, whereby those that use our free services report up to :
- 80% less rent defaults,
- 80% less property damage,
- 80% less anti-social behaviour,
- 80% less drug related crimes
- 80% less theft …
