Happy Tenants are Paying Tenants

Happy Tenants are Paying Tenants

It’s great to see that good tenants really value the Tenant Referencing UK system, as well as landlords and letting agents.

All good landlords understand that without the millions of good tenants in this country that there would be no private rented sector to speak of. So it’s great that good tenants out there really value our unique system, as they understand more than anyone that someone with a bad credit score doesn’t automatically make them a bad tenant.

Just have a read of these latest reviews from happy tenants:

Erin Vallente reviewed Tenant Referencing – 5 star – 17 hrs ·

This team were fantastic. Professional and understanding of my busy circumstances. They were patient, helpful and quick to respond to my emails.

Marta Pyrchała-Zarzycka reviewed Tenant Referencing UK – ★★★★★ – in the last week ·
All the process thanks to Chloe Kerr was very pleasent. Chloe is very nice person, who is very helpful and was keeping in touch with me and (I hope) my future landlady informing us about everything. I reccomend this company and it’s nice employees.
Not only are these tenants loving the Tenant History building aspect of LandlordReferencing.co.uk, but those in England, Wales and Northern Ireland can also access the best value for money tenant referencing through our No Charge Serviced Referencing and 6 months RGI cover. Through this option tenants can carry out their own serviced reference at no charge to the landlord, for a fraction of the cost that the traditional letting agent would usually charge in application fees.
So, to re-iterate the fact that good tenants need to be recognised and that it is their right to have good neighbours too, we would like to invite you to celebrate the Private Rented Sector with us by simply posting a thank you to your good tenants here – for the chance to win a mystery prize at the end of each month for the best story posted (picked by Samii!). Private renters are also welcome to enter by posting their ‘Good Neighbour Stories’ here too.
