Landlord Referencing is very happy to announce that we now have our third Credit Union partner on board; view their web page here @ rainbowsaver.co.uk.
Rainbow Saver Credit Union has thousands of members right across East Anglia who save when they can, and borrow when they need to. It is a financial co-operative which is owned and managed by its members, with many volunteers and a few paid staff; providing a safe place to save as well as offering low cost loans.
Anyone who lives and/or works within East Anglia can join (see membership requirements). Simply pay a one-off joining fee of £2 and an initial £1 savings deposit (£3.00 in total). Anyone over 18 can join as a full member, and they also have junior accounts for under-18s; which can be opened at no charge.
We believe that all landlords & tenants should join their local Credit Union because they will be able to offer the best solutions to rent arrears and evictions, by assisting tenants in managing their money and finances; especially with the impending welfare reform changes via Universal Credit.
We also hope that this will pave the way for other Credit Unions right across the UK to partner with us, via our latest pledge:
